Great stay. Responsive host. Premium beach and pool access.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! From the very beginning, the experience was above and beyond. The room we originally booked ended up undergoing renovations, and Tony kindly upgraded us to an even better room at no extra charge. They also reached out ahead of time with check-in information, and when I noticed the times were off and called to clarify, they graciously allowed us to check in early — which gave us an entire extra day to enjoy our trip!Everything was incredibly clean, convenient, and easy from start to finish. The pools were wonderful, the restaurant was absolutely amazing, and honestly, we never even needed to leave the property because everything we could want was right there. On one occasion I had trouble getting into our room, and Larry fixed the issue immediately without hesitation.The entire property was accessible, relaxing, and so thoughtfully managed. We would stay here again a million times over and already can’t wait for our next trip back!

A small maintenance issue was quickly addressed by Tony the property manager. Tony was very helpful and friendly. His homemade baked ziti was amazing and provided for a very enjoyable family meal. Would definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness was not so great in the kitchen. Had to wash dishes as we used them. The kitchen counters need replacement as the one is raised. The kitchen faucet was not tightened down. Some of the plugs don’t work, which caused the bedroom tv not to work and the mattress needs replaced. It’s way too soft and not comfortable. The chairs on the balcony aren’t comfortable to set out on the balcony. The property its self is great. I will look for another condo to rent next time .
