This house was perfect for our family's first beach visit - plenty of space for everyone, comfortable decks on both ends to see the ocean from, and only a few steps from the beach! The beach entrance being so close to the house made it easy to walk over any time of day with kids, go hop in the ocean or hunt for shells, sharks teeth, or ghost crabs, then come back and use the outdoor shower before heading into the cool AC of the house. So many sharks teeth to find on the beach just through the community gate! The host was great and laid out clear instructions for the entire stay, which was appreciated, and check out instructions were easy.We loved making this out beach home for a few days and definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stay within steps of the beach!

The place is a bit outdated. Several of the nails on the decking were sticking out of the wood. Was a concern when our two young grandchildren visited as a few of them became tripping hazards. Interior wood transition pc between the main bath and hallway was missing, rotating glass plate for microwave was missing. The replacement was too big, and had to ask for more paper towels and toilet paper. Only provided one roll of each for a 9 day stay. overall satisfied, just not 5-star worthy.

The home was easily accessible, clean, full kitchen, AC worked great,in a quiet locaation perfect for weekend getaway for a cople or small family.
