Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the first level of Villa Capriani, the premier Resort on Topsail Island.
The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath. Recent renovations have added an additional built in full size bed with a bunk bed twin above.
The great room features a combination kitchen dining room with breakfast bar. The living room features a full size counch 65 in TV and private balcony.
The guest bedroom features access to the full bath and closet.
The Beach Gem is cleaned with CDC recommended products.

Very nice condo on the technically 1st floor (1 flight of stairs). Property was very nice - very quiet snd not very crowded at all. I would suggest bringing your own coffee pot as there is only a 4 cup drip coffee pot (my one negative comment). Everything went smoothly. I had to contact the owner for extra bracelets and he was friendly and had them to us within a few hours. I highly recommend this place.

The room and amenities were wonderful. We had a great and peaceful time. Highly recommend for a vacation spot. The only drawback is the linen situation, where you need to make your own bed and then take all dirty linen out again. We will definitely be coming back. The restaurant on site, the pools and hot tubs, as well as easy access to the beach, made this a perfect vacation spot.

The pool and quick access to the beach were wonderful! The grounds were kid friendly. The unit could use a good deep clean, new mattress cover for smaller room, and inspected for water damage. The floor in the large bedrooms bathroom, infront of the sink, was very questionable to walk on! The linen tub from the prior week of dirty linens was never picked up. We had a fresh tub of linens inside though and they were clean and good to go. The washer and dryer were very nice! Overall had a great week.

I have a few concerns: the pet hair all over queen room, broken window and broken bunk railing. Beautiful location and amenities.
