Come stay at an Ocean View 2nd row town home located in North Topsail Beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and comfortably accommodates 9 guests with beautiful views of the ocean and sound. The beach access is just steps away. All of the bedrooms are located on the first level each with a mounted smart Roku TV. Bedrooms TV's are for steaming and main living room is for steaming and has a cable box. King bed, Queen bed and the third bedroom has one bunk bed and one twin bed. The kitchen and living room are located on the second level open concept floor plan with fantastic views of the ocean and sound.
We have an outdoor security camera for your protection and ours.

The hosts were super communicative. The property was as described. We loved that we could bring our dog with us! Only recommendation would be to add a door to outdoor shower so it could be fully utilized after beach days. The beach wagon was a huge help in transporting chairs back & forth to the beach. Also loved that the kitchen had an air fryer! So nice that the bed linens and bath towels were included with the rental. Beautiful sunsets from the back deck!

This was our first visit of what will likely not be our last to North Topsail. We loved the area and the beach, but all of that could have been overshadowed with a bad experience related to our vacation rental...we have been there, done that and don't want to have to do so again! Everything was perfect and just as we were expecting. There was one hiccup in a beach access change that was out of the control of the owners, but Sara gave us a heads up prior to our arrival; all communication was spot on and clear. The vast array of wagons, etc. helped with getting the kids and beach supplies back and forth and while no one else joined me, I enjoyed very much a couple of evenings of kayaking. We typically like to eat in, and the kitchen was very well stocked but we did go out one night to Sears Landing for seafood and highly recommend. The home was spacious and decks on the front and back were an extra treat; watching sunsets from the rear deck became my favorite evening activity! This place is totally 10/10!

Great location super close access to the beach! House was very clean and accurate to photos listed. Had kayaks and an access dock for the kids. Overall a great experience
