About this house rental
Family friendly townhouse overlooking beautiful pool and the beach. Kitchen and living room skylights makes the upper level ideal for entertaining or just soaking in the joys of summer time on the North Carolina coast! Not to mention, four different balconies for enjoying the ocean views and sunsets over the intracoastal waterway. Wireless Internet access included. We are set up for family fun including DVD movies, three TVs, and board games. No smoking and no pets, please.
Family beach vacation perfection! We purchased this lovely town house in 2007, and enjoyed every minute we could there. Unfortunately we have had to relocate, but our loss is your gain! Please consider North Topsail Beach and our Shipwatch town house for your vacation plans.
Property Features: Our two story, end unit is very bright and comfortable. It has under-unit parking and storage for your gear. From the parking area, you walk up one flight of stairs to the entrance door. A master bedroom, second bedroom and full bath are located on the first level. The second story features a large living room, kitchen and dining area flooded with sunshine from the skylights. There are decks off the master bedroom and living room that overlook the ocean and swimming pool. Balconies off the second bedroom and kitchen provide views of the intercoastal waterway.
Swimming pool dates: Memorial Day Weekend until mid October.
North Topsail Beach: North Topsail Beach is perfect for your next vacation getaway. The long, unspoiled beaches give you the perfect retreat from the crowds. Beach chairs and beach toys are provided to help you enjoy your time on the sand. Just a short distance away there are a wide variety of restaurants ranging from fast food and pizza, to fresh local seafood. Activities in the area include golf, miniature golf, boating, fishing, diving, and biking. North Topsail is conveniently located between Jacksonville and Wilmington NC so that you can take a quick trip and see the sites of these fine cities.

This place was amazingly perfect!! Great space and so close to the beach!! Husband ans son enjoyed a nice guys trip to kayak and head to the ocean. The house was a great location, quiet neighborhood and easy access to the beach. The views from the patio watching the sun rise and set while having coffee or night cap was perfect. Would definitely recommend for anyone! The TV had gaming consoles and movies and there were board games for the family too!! Great find!

Our family of 5 -- 2 adults and 3 teens -- had a great time at this spacious townhome close to the beach. It was a good value for the beach and pool setup -- short walk and partial ocean view -- with lots of room in the common areas, bathrooms, and larger bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped, sheets were nice quality, the kitchen table and chairs were nice, the upper deck furniture on the ocean side were great. Our biggest downsides were that the queen bed and couch weren't very comfortable, but that was minor. Another issue is that the beach is very narrow on the north end (first time we stayed this far north on Topsail), which made it a bit of a squeeze to set up tent, chairs, etc. The ramp access at the pool was great for families with beach carts or those with mobility issues. We loved the pool and never had trouble grabbing at least a couple of chairs, even in the busy times. Multiple times we had the pool area to ourselves. That said, having only one entry fob to the pool for a family of 5 was a bit of a pain (but again minor). Overall we would be happy to stay here again!
