NTBTD1212 Topsail Dunes 1212

The location was right on the beach which was very nice and only a 10-15 minute drive to needed stores. Management was very responsive when needed and the apartment was a good size for our week stay. Access to the beach was right off the building as well. The bed in the bedroom was pretty comfy but every move made it squeak.

The bunks could not be used due to the boards coming off the wall for the top bunk and a crack in the corner of the bottom bunk. I did let management know and they gave the option to have it fixed right away or after my stay. The blinds in the bedroom were missing almost every other slat and had a lace curtain so we had to hang our dress and suit bags over the window so no one could see in. The livingroom chair was also in need of a good cleaning. There weren't any starter paper products, i.e. toilet paper, so we had to run to the store after arriving at 8pm. There also wasn't a shower liner, just a decorative shower curtain. The corner of the balcony also felt to be at an angle although it still felt secure.

Right on the beach, beautiful view! Condo has everything you need, dishes, linens, all the comforts of home.

Only things are sliding glass door needs curtains and bed is a little noisy.
