About this apartment rental
Large Apartment of 100 m2. Located above the M&A Loft and in front of "La CASINHA" (both for rent here). Suitable for 6/8 people.
We will possibly accept 8 people if the reservation is composed of a maximum of 4 adults (i.e. 4 adults and 4 children). Otherwise 6 adults only.
2 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed, one with rather cuddly tones and the other with rather sober tones.
Well equipped kitchen to prepare any meal.
Refurbished in June 2022. The large living room was remodeled in Nov 2025, equipped with large screen Smart TV with French and national / international channels. Internet available
Spacious living room with 2 sofa beds. (either for 2 adults or 4 children.)
2 Balconies on the Garden side with a nice view of the hill of São Pedro, as well as a small terrace on the entrance side.
Any reservation Bread will be delivered to you in the morning by the baker and offered for any reservation longer than 5 days.
A deposit will be required against the handover of the keys on arrival, and returned at check-out.
Be considerate. No deposit, no key. Too many disrespectful or lax holidaymakers.

Amazing backyard balcony view.
Owner very responsive, providing helpful travel tips to get there. Also provided on site: useful information package (restaurant suggestions, language tips etc). Very accommodating "property manager" . Comfy bed. Spacious apartment.
Loved the freshly baked bread delivered daily!

A very quaint place in the middle of a local residential area. The hosts were very patient kind and gracious. The flat is very spacious. The only downside was hell rooster next door that crowed all night long. Ear plugs or turning the AC fan on solve that problem.
