Location was great. The apartment is good value for money. The host was accomodating and helpful.
The cleanliness is not that great. There was an odd smell (I assume it was because the building is quite old). Also, the boiler or the fridge (I'm not sure) was quite loud and it was sometimes difficult to fall asleep.

Fantastic location! Walking distance from some major tourism spots in the city and plenty of places to eat. Easy checkin and comfortable living space as well.
The bathroom was extremely cold compared to rest of the flat, and the shower head was a little broken. All in all, not much to complain about! Great place

Check-in was easy, door codes were received long before I arrived. Great location, 30 minute walk from bus & train stations, 15-30 minute walk to all the city's highlights. Green park across the street, two large grocery stores (Pingo and Continente) within a 10 minute walk. Street outside is quiet at night.
Apartment was very clean but could be better supplied. Started with less than one roll of toilet paper, no paper towel or cleaning supplies....these are usually supplied but I had to find my own. Floors are wood so you will sometimes hear your upstairs neighbours.

The location is really great - you can walk to many of the city's attractions and there is a supermarket, lots of restaurants and cafés and the underground station nearby.
The flat is well appointed, with a large bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
When I arrived, the flat was very clean.
On the very first night, I noticed a cockroach in the shower. I thought it was an isolated incident, but the next day I found three more.
The host was quick to respond and sent someone to try to solve the problem, but unfortunately, I found another one the next day. In the latter case, I didn't even try to contact them because I had to leave the property. So I think the main problem is that the flat is on the ground floor and during rain season cockroach are coming in .
Also, because it is on the ground floor and faces the street, near a crossroads, it can be very noisy.
