About this house rental
In the heart of the Otranto - Santa Maria di Leuca Natural Park, immersed in a unique and enchanting naturalistic area, there is a graceful sea view complex consisting of three terraced houses: the first house is called Rosetta, Casa Mony is the second one, the last is solution is Casa Roberta. The complex is fascinating precisely for its strategic position which dominates a part of the Adriatic coast and is embellished with luxuriant vegetation that almost envelops the entire structure. The houses enjoy convenient shared parking and a beautiful rock side staircase that leads to each individual solution.
Casa Mony, as mentioned, is the second home immediately after the Rosetta house. The house has a lovely terrace overlooking the sea furnished with table, deck chairs and a nice brick barbecue. Inside there is an air-conditioned and bright kitchen thanks to the windows overlooking the sea equipped with a double sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a private bathroom with a comfortable shower. Finally, another bathroom with shower box.
Also available is the roof (from which you can enjoy a 180 ° panoramic view) divided by a booth to have privacy and confidentiality with the guests of the last house who can only use the other half of the terrace. This outdoor area can be reached via a staircase.
Mosquito nets on all windows. Free Wifi available.
Washing machine shared with the guests of the other houses.
The complex is an excellent solution for groups of friends and families who want to spend their summer holidays together.
We inform that the linen has an extra cost to be paid directly on arrival if required.

When I book forwad on Vrbo I am naturally apprehensive about the experience ahead of me. Casa Mony provided clean and comfortable basic accomodation for the month I was there. The manager was amazingly attentive to all we needed and most helpful with directions to stores and the best paticceries! She directed us toward great restaurants having delicious food and terrific ambience. The owner could upgrade the kitchen with better cooking and eating utensils for folks like me who like to cook and not eat out all of the time. Would I stay there again? Yes definitely ... Thank you Team Casa Mony
