About this villa rental
Villa Sonia, is located below the coastline in Marina di Guardiola where majestic rocks rise from the sea for about 100 meters. The property is within walking distance of the sea, about 150 meters also reachable on foot. The villa enjoys two covered verandas, one in front overlooking the garden and one in back overlooking the sea, equipped to be enjoyed at any time of day with deck chairs, lounge, table and chairs. The scenic sea-view back terrace is covered by a pergola and set up with a tent to create additional shade on hot summer afternoons. Inside, the atmosphere remains cheerful, each room has its own color. The dining room with kitchenette complete with oven, refrigerator and TV with digital. Continuing, three beautiful, elegant and fresh double bedrooms of which on rchiesta for the first two it is possible to add a single bed in the room ,the third with a canopy double bed with crib and en-suite bathroom without shower, independent another full bathroom. The villa has three uncovered internal parking spaces, in addition , just in front of the front door, there is a bus stop ( salento in bus), an added advantage for those who do not want to take the car to reach beautiful places of the d intorni salentini. Quiet, relaxing, it allows all its guests unforgettable days. It is about 1.5 km from Corsano, the nearest town, about 1.5 km, from lecce about 60 km , from Santa Maria di Leuca about 8 km along the coast road , a real treat for the eyes.

Our family really loved the property and wished we could have stayed longer. The owners were really lovely and offered lots of tips and suggestions for the area.

The house is situated on a cliff with a great view, exactly as in the photos to see.
We were well received and directed there from very nice, courteous landlords. The house is very well maintained, clean and equipped.
You can really relax and spend time there and simultaneously you can take wonderful trips in the area, all directions (Santa Maria di Leuca, Ortanto, Lecce, to beaches, e. g. Pesculose, Tricase and so much more).

We enjoyed our stay at Sonia’s. The pictures matched the website. There were three of us, myself, my husband and a friend. I thought it was unusual when I mentioned that there were three of us, that she said she would make up two rooms, even though there are three bedrooms. So, sheets only on two beds. My overall impression is that there was not a lot of fore thought given to hosting. I say that because the bedding and towels were extremely old. We were unable to get the coffee maker to work properly. Little things like that were observed. Another unusual feature was a shower in the corner of one of the bedrooms. It is a module that was added. If you are expecting nice towels and bedding this isn’t a place for you.
