Amazing views! We had all we needed at this property!
No air conditioning, the fan did not work, the property was too hot inside, unable to sleep at nigh!

Great location and terrific views over the sea and olive groves around. Quite private, several nice terraces. There are two apartments in this house, only ours was occupied at the time of our visit.
To get to the beaches requires some driving, south to S.M. di Leuca

Apartments are fine. Great place on roof when u can watch stars. Kitchen have everything that is needed on holidays. Missing of aircondition is a bit painful in the middle of summer, but It was my fault that I didn't check it before I came.
I came earlier (hour mentioned in reservation) and called few time on number from reservation to set time for meeting. After 3 phone calls someone answered but that person didn't know english at all and passed phone to someone that know just few words. Next suprise came on checkout when person said that apartment after our leave it "so so". I've asked him to show me what is wrong but that man didn't want to do it. I don't know what was his expectations? That we will use vacuum cleaner for him or what? Really weird situation
