Zeer mooie en nette kamer in de nabijheid van Centro Storico in Maratea. Gratis parking op loopafstand. Inchecken, sleutel enz... geregeld via telefoon.

Tout était propre et neuf, belle vue sur la mer
Decoration impersonnelle et peu locale, une marche en trop dans la salle de bains.
On n’a vu personne.
Le process de check-in via L’application imposée est absolument inacceptable

très joli chambre avec balcon. La vue sur la mer est sublime au coucher du soleil, on peut même apercevoir la statue du Christ rédempteur depuis le balcon
la fenêtre de la salle de bain offre un vis à vis très étrange avec la terrasse en-dessous : impossible de savoir si l'on peut voir quelque chose d'en bas.
Nous avons passé 2 nuits, petit-dej inclus, et n'avons reçu les tickets petit déjeuner que pour un seul matin, pas de réponse lors de notre réclamation

Great location, amazing sunset view as promised.
It's not a b&b. Poor breakfast (voucher for a stale croissant and a hot drink from a cafe across the road).
The worst is that it's unattended check in. They don't care about you enough to employ someone on site. Had to wait 20 minutes in a hot corridor after getting the keys from a keybox only to find they don't give us the 10-digit code for getting into the room itself. They then don't answer the phone or the "video call host" option on the superfluous webpage they send you.
The ID submission is also a massive pain to use. Again this is because they are not on site and cannot attest to your identity themselves.
They also didn't advise us of the amount of the tourist tax until 7:30am on the day of check out. This is a legal requirement both at the time of booking and on check in. Don't mind paying it but they have to tell you in advance.
The bathroom is also dangerous, a step just inside the door, with loose metal edging. An accident waiting to happen. Hairdryer was burnt out.
