Eine (eigentlich) geräumige Wohnung mitten im historischen Zentrum von Maratea. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Alles war perfekt sauber und die Badezimmer schön renoviert. Ein Highlight ist auch die große gemütliche Küche, die einen sehr authentischen Charme hat. Wir durften unser Gepäck schon zwei Stunden vor Check-in unterstellen, was wir sehr freundlich fanden. Ansonsten verläuft der Kontakt zur Vermietung kontaktlos und mit Schlüsselbox.
Die Wohnung war als 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 120 qm angeboten, gebucht und bezahlt. Es waren dann aber zwei Zimmer abgeschlossen und nicht zugänglich. Außerdem durften Gäste die im Leistungsumfang erwähnte Geschirrspülmaschine nicht nutzen (laut einem angebrachten Zettel).

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern, jeweils mit einem Doppelbett. Handtücher lagen auf den Betten. Eine gemütliche Küche mit einem kleinen Balkon.
Die Gläser in der Vitrine waren nicht mehr vollzählig, keine Weingläser und nur zwei Sektgläser, das hintere dazu zerbrochen.

L'appartement était très agréable et la propreté irréprochable. Charmantes décorations et aussi une attention particulière pour la pèriode de Noël. La literie très confortable.
La non réactivité des propriétaires. Le chauffage n'était pas allumé lorsque nous sommes arrivés et du coup nous ne savions pas comment faire pour l'allumer. Il manquait aussi des ustensiles de cuisine et il n'y avait que 2 petites cuillères à dessert. Le lavabo de la cuisine était bouché.
