The Paradise House

Namelis gražus. Geras išplanavimas. Labai jauki vidaus terasa, kuri gali pavirsti lauko terasa - atsidaro visi langai, be uždaros terasos yra didelė atvira terasą su griliumi (juo nepasinaudojau), gana nemažai erdvės. Pirmame aukšte virtuvė -svetainė. Antrame du miegamieji - viename iš jų dvigulė lova, kitame dvigulė lova ir kušetė. Namelio vieta nebloga. Netoli tramvajaus stotelė "Hamburgas iela". Kiemas ne visai privatus, bet tylus ir jaukus. Kažkada namelis buvo labai parabangus, įrengimui panaudotos nepigios medžiagos, tačiau deja jam šiuo metu labai trūksta šeimininko rankos.

Turėjau šiek tiek streso, nes šeimininkai nesusisiekė ir nepasakė kaip pasiimti raktus. Į telefono skambučius neatsiliepė. Pavyko, kad atvykę radom valytoją- iš jos ir gavom raktus. Ji buvo tik pradėjusi valyti patalpas, ir visai nežinojo, kad turi atvykti poilsiautojai. Pats namelio vidus kažkada įrengtas labai prabangiai, tačiau dabar neprižiūrėtas ir apleistas, indaplovės plokštė kaba ant garbės žodžio, antrame aukšte vieno miegamojo durys be stiklo - ant durų banaliai užmesta antklodė. Iš indų 3 didelės lėkštė, 3 mažos , 4 puodeliai ir vienas arbatinis šaukštelis :D Tiesa taurių, šakučiu ir peilių buvo į valias. Terasa nepašluota, aplink terasą irgi nepašluota. Tiesiog buvo liūdna matyti, kaip toks gražus namelis taip apleistas, o galėjo būti kaip saldainiukas.

Lokalizacja z dala od zgiełku miasta, ale w zasięgu 15 minut autem do centrum.

Bardzo wygodne patio i taras. Spokojna, pełna zieleni okolica. W pobliżu jezioro z terenami rekreacyjnymi i wypożyczaniem sprzętu wodnego. Bardzo dobre WiFi.

Spore braki w wyposażeniu kuchennym(po zgłoszeniu częściowo uzupełnione przez Gospodarza), tylko po jednym ręczniku. Problemy z uruchomieniem zmywarki. Sądzę że przydałby się serwis.

The location and the peace from the “big” city centre. Close to the centre, nice parking, tram and bus is near.

A lot. Everything was dirty, old towels in the washing machine, the pictures are not showing everything like it’s in real life, dirty balcony, on the terrace the railing was holding on two screws.. the yard was messy. The bed was already broken, the fridge was super small and for many days staying you can’t even put everything for one day. In the vase in the inside veranda was old cigarettes with some pine branch. Just big disappointment. Also, in the receipt booking sent was included already city fee and cleaning fee but the last day they sent and asked for city fee and I needed to send the money to some random person. The next day when we arrived, everything she wanted to know was if we paid the city tax. And the deposit money. I asked the first day when I booked, do we need deposit money or no, she said no. But the last day when she asked about city tax, I asked also about the deposit because you never know. And she said “ you can prepare, we will see”, huh?😀 like you will check how we look and what car we have and then you will decide? You have to choose to have deposit or no, not in the middle based on situation. Just really destroyed our vacation, because of all the problems and there is bigger house next to this small “Paradise house”, it wasn’t also mentioned, no privacy. All the time some workers walking, people. Can’t just sit in the terrace with privacy. Sorry, just don’t want other people experiencing all of those things. Invest in some better cleaning products, it will be easier to clean all the dirty walls and edges.
