Very nice, modern flat in a new building. Modern minimalistic interior. Equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine etc. The owner thought about everything, even tabs for dishwasher were there and we didn’t need to think about anything! The owner was also very friendly. Our two dogs were also welcomed. Location is 10/10, 10min walk to the beach, 5min to the shopping centre.

Lokalizacja dość blisko morza, bardzo blisko apartamentu kursuje darmowy meleks miejski na plażę w Orłowie. Budynek jest nowy, nowoczesny, czysty. Wystrój jak na zdjęciach - jest nowoczesny, schludny, mieszkanie jasne, słoneczne. Wyjście na balkon zarówno z sypialni, jak i pokoju dziennego. Za dodatkową opłatą można skorzystać z miejsca postojowego, w razie czego przed budynkiem są miejskie miejsca parkingowe. Plusem też może być bliskość SKM, którą można przemieszczać się po całym Trójmieście.
Minus dla mnie za: widoki z okna (ulica lub ściana budynku i zagracony podjazd), za wyposażenie mieszkania niskiej jakości (krzesła niestabilne, stół jadalny, łóżka trzeszczące i nadłamane, prysznic z uszkodzoną regulacją i odpływ, który się zatkał 2go dnia) oraz brak tabletek do zmywarki, worków na śmieci w odpowiedniej ilości, co zmuszało nas do ciągłego dokupowania tego, czego brakowało. Być może dla innych to normalne warunki, dla mnie w tej cenie - nie do powtórzenia.
