"Bayside Bungalow" is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single-level, detached home in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort with everything needed for a great time! Ideal for a large family or two couples, "Bayside Bungalow" sleeps 5 comfortably in proper bedrooms - no sofa sleeper here! Peaceful views are enjoyed from almost every space in the house and guests are able to cart, walk, or bike to EVERYTHING in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort!

* Private parking right out front in the carport
* 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
* Ideally sleeps 2 adults and 2-3 children, OR 4 adults, comfortably
* Master suite has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, sleeps 2
* Guest room has a queen bed and a twin daybed with an attached full bathroom, sleeps 3

* Gorgeous full kitchen with great appliances and essentials

"Bayside Bungalow" is disability and child friendly. It is situated with no steps leading to the front door - there are no steps to be climbed to move about the house, all on one floor (which includes 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms).
There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, with a sliding door leading out to the back deck. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with separate ‘his’ and ‘hers’ walk-in closets. The master suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy.
A queen bed and twin daybed make up the guest room with a nice walk-in closet and a connected full bathroom. The décor is coastal and fun!
Both bedrooms have lighted ceiling fans. The rooms are light and bright!
The living room has a large sofa and two comfy swivel chairs for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. All rooms have smart TVs - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip.
This privately-owned home has a new kitchen featuring quartz countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances (Bosch). The kitchen is fully equipped for meals in! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) are available as well as a traditional coffee maker.
There is a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway with detergent provided.
Enjoy bug-free time in the sunroom that spans the back of the house. The 4-season room is air-conditioned, has a smart TV, and can be entirely closed off from the rest of the house allowing for two groups to watch TV separately if desired. The 4-season room creates a second living room (or game room) for people to spread out in - there is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Bayside Bungalow."
The outdoor space at "Bayside Bungalow" is gorgeous and simply put - it's huge! The yard is fenced in to keep the kids safe and has a large deck that spans the backside of the house. Lush landscaping provides for colorful views!
"Bayside Bungalow" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the bayside nestled amongst golf courses, the conference center, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 1.5 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All of the fun is within 1.5 miles of the front door!
The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their friends and family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the brand-new golf cart, a full-sized washer and dryer in the home, beach toys, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use.

We had an amazing time! The home looked just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable, location was perfect, and the amenities were amazing. The house was stocked with everything we had need of and more. The golf cart was absolutely amazing. We were able to go everywhere including the beach, pool, and Baytown wharf..it was so convenient. The host was amazing with communication and it was so easy checking in and out. We will definitely be back!!!

Loved this home! Perfect set up. Especially liked the sunroom which added another entire living space! Actually put the pack n play for the two year old to sleep in the sunroom and she loved it:) Clean, owner had great communication. Truly a flawless experience.

This is such an amazing home, and I'm not really sure where to begin! I'm fairly sure we spent most of the time we were at the house out in the Florida room while our boys played in the fenced back yard. If we weren't there, we were in the kitchen cooking. The kitchen has every type of pot, pan, bowl, tool, etc. you would need to make any kind of meal. That was really important to us since our littlest one has allergies that make it harder to eat out. There are so many thoughtful touches like blackout curtains in the master bedroom (you'd be surprised how many homes don't have any curtains at all), and smart TVs in each room. The check in/out process was incredibly easy and your hosts are very quick to respond to any questions. The golf cart makes it incredibly convenient to get to the beach, and there are even a few toys, boogie boards, and things like that to enjoy so you don't have to load up your car with those items.
We've stayed at quite a few homes in Sandestin, and this is by far the all around best!

Very clean, newer/upgraded property and appliances, easy check in and check out, great location within Sandestin. The house has a sunroom that worked perfectly for my remote office as I had to work for most of the time I was there. Also, the owners were very responsive. We look forward to another trip to Sandestin soon!
