LES REGATES Residence (Secure gate) - Pleasant little holiday cottage for 4/5 people, very pleasant with its large terrace/garden, all mod cons, 800m from the beach, private numbered parking space.
This property comprises:
Entrance via small garden -
Ground floor: Main room: equipped kitchen area (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, washing machine, oven, microwave) lounge (TV) with pull-out bed (90 cm).
Bedroom with 140 cm bed (mattress changed at the end of 2025) and cupboard - Separate toilet - Bathroom with small bathtub.
Upstairs: Mezzanine with 90 cm bed.
The plus: Large terrace/well-appointed garden with awning, garden furniture, deckchairs and charcoal barbecue.
Private parking space.

Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be charged.
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
