LES REALES Residence - Ideal for family holidays, this beautiful air-conditioned two-bedroom house with mezzanine and a lovely 250 m² enclosed garden with trees is perfect for enjoyable barbecue evenings! Located in the Aygual area, close to beaches, shops and entertainment.
It comprises an entrance hall, bedroom 1 with a double bed, bedroom 2 with a double bed (bedding changed in 2025), bedroom 3 with a 90 cm bed, shower room, separate toilet, living room with TV (sofa bed 140 cm changed in 2025) opening onto a 15 m² terrace with barbecue and private garden with trees and no neighbours! (Deckchair, sun lounger)
The kitchen is separate and equipped (fridge/freezer, mini oven, washing machine, induction hob, microwave, etc.).
The mezzanine has been converted into a sleeping area with a 120 cm bed.
Private parking space.
One adult bicycle available (the agency accepts no responsibility for its condition).

NEW FOR 2026: AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLATION.
Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be charged.
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
