About this villa rental
Totally renovated villa located in Saint Cyprien plage in one of the sunniest regions of France, close to the sea and shops (furnished classification of 3-star tourism).
In a quiet residence, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 on the mezzanine, 1 sofa bed in the living room and a private parking space adjoining the villa.
It consists on the ground floor of a living dining room, kitchen, bedroom for 2 people, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
The kitchen area has a fridge / freezer, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
On the 1st floor is a spacious bedroom with a bed for 3 single beds on the upper mezzanine.
Blankets, quilts and pillows are available for the 6 beds.
All the equipment for a baby: cot with folding mattress, booster, bath, changing mat, potty.
Outside, a shaded terrace at the front (mulberry plane tree) with a garden furniture, deckchairs, a blind and a water point.
A private garden with trees and enclosed at the back (olive and oleander) with a wood barbecue and a garden shed containing 2 adult bikes provided free of charge during the stay.
All trips can be made on foot or by bike. By bike the sea is less than 5 minutes away.
Perpignan and the Spanish border are less than 20 km away.
During the summer, you will enjoy the sandy beaches and the third largest marina in the Mediterranean. Less than 15 minutes away, there are many picturesque little coastal towns of Banyuls, Collioure, Port Sell with walks in the surrounding hills and countryside which will delight even the most experienced walkers and cyclists. To immerse yourself in the heart of Africa, Sigean with its zoo will warmly welcome you. Scuba divers will enjoy diving in the reserve, among the many groupers.
Finally, children can taste the sensations of the big Aqualand slides.

la maison est agréable et bien tenue.
Il y a énormément de vaisselle et c'est vraiment un plus. Le cadre est sympa. Un plus la place de parking. Je recommande. Nous comptons revenir.

La maison est très bien équipée, et située dans une zone calme. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
Le seul problème est que nous n'avons pas récupéré la maison propre,il y avait des cheveux dans le tiroir du meuble salle-de-bain, le frigo sale, les meubles de cuisine avec des taches, la porte du four micro-ondes pleine de traces de doigts grasses, la crédence de la cuisine avec des projections de cuisine et des taches. Dans ces conditions, je doute que le logement ait été désinfecté après le départ des précédents locataires, comme cela nous avait été annoncé. Par conséquent, j'ai du totalement nettoyer l'ensemble de la maison à l'eau de javel avant que nous puissions nous installer. Heureusement, il y avait des produits dans les placards. De plus, toujours pour des raisons évidentes de précautions sanitaires, je pense qu'il ne faudrait pas permettre aux locataires de laisser de la nourriture dans le frigo et les placards, même si c'est fait avec une bonne intention, pour les locataires suivants. L'agence chargée de l'état des lieux et de la remise des clés devrait être plus vigilante sur tous ces aspects compte tenu de la situation sanitaire actuelle. En revanche, très bon contact avec les propriétaires au moment de la réservation, toujours disponibles pour répondre aux questions.
