On the Port of St Cyprien, close to shops, the beach, and entertainment, on the 2nd floor with elevator, a very nice, quiet, 1-bedroom apartment with a sleeping alcove, renovated in 2022 (approx. 53m²), sleeps 4/6 people. Entrance into the living room with a sofa bed (140cm), TV, ceiling fan, heating, hardwood floors, and French doors with electric shutters. North/west facing. Open-plan kitchen equipped with: gas stove (3 burners + 1 electric hob + oven), extractor hood, small dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, electric coffee maker, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, vacuum cleaner (2023)... Adjoining the living room is a sleeping alcove with two 90cm bunk beds (2024) and a large wardrobe. A lovely bedroom with a 160cm bed (2024), ceiling fan, and a high chair. Tiled shower room (shower cubicle) and separate WC. Portable fans. Secure parking space #138 approximately 100m from the building. Direct access to the fishing port. SMALL PETS ALLOWED.

Enjoy superb panoramic views of the port, the sea, and the Albères mountain range to the front, and views of the other residences, the Pyrenees, and Mount Canigou to the rear.
