Clean airy large central top floor apartment

Very comfortable clean large airy flat with good natural light. Well stocked

The entrance and the stairs to get to it. Was difficult to locate the door at first as it is not marked with the number. Only saw the key lock numbers written by pen on top, which were somewhat rubbed off. No Bay or anywhere to Park and load and unload the luggage. Street noise

The interior was so tasteful and impeccably clean with lots of thought given to guest needs and wants

The exterior pathways and stairs leading to the property were very dirty and unkempt. The alarm kept beeping at the first interior door so perhaps there is a fault that needs looking into

Great location , spacious and modern

Needed to park at nearby short term car park . It would not have been possible to park outside to unload the luggage.

Great location, nicely decorated and very spacious, comfortable.

Twin bedroom could do with double glazing as it’s on a busy street and tends to be rather noisy. Also both bedrooms are very light, despite blinds, curtains would help a lot.

We very enjoyed our at bolton place! Apartment was very clean and tidy. There was all essentials to make our stay comfy and cozy.

Only one issue we had there is no parking space. But it's not a big deal, there is few long stay car parks around.

Excellent accommodation

Great location right in the town centre and only a short walk from the harbour, beaches, restaurants etc. The place is a hidden gem. Immaculate decor with everything you need to make our stay comfortable.

Booking process seemed a little excessive needing to supply all occupants names and to send pictures of ID etc. Stayed in Brixham plenty of times and this was a first.

Bolton plaice review

Apartment was fabulous. A few dusty areas.

The steps/stairs. Outer steps very narrow when carrying luggage,also not too safe when wet,could do with regular maintenance or a non slip product put on.

amazing property, it had enough space and a tv we could relax and watch shows. it was walking distance from everything and just an allround amazing place.
