Villa Nivessa - Pool, BBQ & Tennis Court - San Teodoro

Lovely and kind hosts who made us feel at home and answered quickly whenever we had any questions. Easy and private parking. Safe and gated area. Great base for driving around the beautiful north east but highly recommend a car. We felt very welcome and safe surrounded by familiar faces throughout our stay.

Pool opening hours and that the pool area is completely closed off outside of those times. We would have preferred to use the pool when there was no one there and more in the morning or later at night when it was not so bright and more private so we did not use it as much as we planned, but it was a large beautiful pool. The last days towards the end of our stay the pool area was quite busy, probably due to people visiting/attending a local festival.

Las camas muy incómodas, los colchones estaban deformados. Y la falta de aire acondicionado, tan solo había en una habitación.

Really nice villa with lot of space, superb garden to relax and chill and perfectly clean pool. The owner is the best, responds very quickly and is ready to help with everything. We felt really cared for. The whole place is exactly what you need if you are looking for a place in San Teodoro. Location was perfect cause we were close to the center but at the same time lived in the quiet area. The villa is equiped with everything so do not have to worry about anything when going there. For us it was absolutely ideal choice and we would choose it one more time without any hesitation. And we are not easy to be pleased so it means a lot. San Teodoro only in Villa Aurelia! M
