Ideal location: quiet on the edge of the center, 10 minutes walking to restaurants and ice cream shops, with a private parking spot at the apartment. Multiple beautiful beaches within a 15-minute drive, and you're centrally located (about an hour's drive) to reach the Bay of Orosei, Gorropu Canyon, and the Maddalena Islands. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly.
The kitchen only had the bare essentials — a slightly better equipped kitchen would have been much appreciated. The apartment looks a bit more spacious in the photos than it actually is, and the garden is small. It's not a place where you'd want to spend half a day; you really need to get out and explore.

Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, die Innenstadt, Supermärkte und die Strände waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft bietet genügend Platz für 4 Personen und hat eine schöne Terrasse und war ok sauber.
Die Vermietungsgesellschaft bzw. unser Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Einrichtung und die Küchenutensilien waren teilweise alt und in keinem guten/sauberen Zustand.
Die Unterkunft an sich kam uns etwas feucht vor und roch auch so, allerdings hatten wir auch zwei Tage Regen.

Sehr ruhige Lage und dennoch ist man zu Fuß in maximal 15 Minuten im Zentrum mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars und Eisdielen.
Mit dem Auto, das man kostenlos direkt vor der Unterkunft parken kann, erreicht man schnell die verschiedensten, sehr schönen Strände in der Umgebung.
Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, super geschlafen und jeden Morgen draußen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt.
Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

Bardzo miły i elastyczny personel, porządek, indywidualne miejsce parkingowe, cicha okolica, a jednocześnie w odległości spaceru od centrum San Teodoro. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy. Były przejściowe problemy internetem, ale gospodarz je rozwiązał.
