Pet Friendly A4 THE CHASE 6 Berth Caravan With Decking

The caravan was close to the reception and fairly easy to find. Perhaps could be a good idea to provide the site map in advance of guests arriving with an overlay on how to find it but it was easy enough. Maybe a note on the booking.com description to send ID directly via WhatsApp as id sent this 2 days before arrival but it had not been received and so I had to call for the key code. Overall the caravan was back to basics, no frills and generally good. We enjoyed our stay but perhaps noted a few areas for improvement

Broken/fixtures & fittings Shower head was just placed in the shower as the holder had broken. I managed to fit this between the two existing rods in there to have an overhead shower. Cooker Cooker does not work without a lighter as no ignition so had to go off site to buy one. We're non smokers so hadn't thought to being one. We've left you a cooker lighter in the cutlery drawer. Bedroom TV No aerial so doesn't work. No batteries in remote. Not a big deal but noted. Living room TV Remote batteries were on their way out, so we bought new and replaced them for you with two spare. Bedroom door knob This was loose and fell off when closing the door. We bought superglue and fixed this back on for you. Spare glue left at the van. Patio furniture One of the chairs looks to be broken or breaking. Cleanliness Single bed room Sweets found under the beds, found by our puppy. Beads under the bed presumably from a broken kids bracelet, again found by our puppy. Kitchen Frying pan and other items have been put in the cupboard (presumably) by another guest and it was still dirty and full of oil and so by the time we'd been out to buy a lighter for the cooker, we came back to find the pans dirty and in need of a good soak and ended up eating elsewhere. May be worth checking the cupboards. Living room Carpet and sofa area stained, though I expect from previous dog owners unfortunately. Bathroom We found a false finger nail behind the bathroom door, thankfully wasnt found by the pup this time. We had a good time, the caravan more of a hub so was ok for what we needed. Perhaps just needs a little refresh and update

Location to everything. The WiFi even if it sometimes struggled to work.

The finish of the caravan wasn't the best, duct tape everywhere and ripped and damaged curtains. No vacuum in the caravan either so limited to how much cleaning up you can do especially after staying, would love to have been able to vacuum. The shower fixture was broken so had to constantly hold the shower head otherwise water would've gotten everywhere.

The location was good and not too far from the sea front and attractions that Ingoldmells has to offer. There was also lots of natural wildlife on the site too.

We didnt have working lightbulbs in the bathroom or hallway, no tv remote in the lounge so it was slightly fiddly to go between channels and the internet worked intermittently. The oven top worked but the oven or grill wouldnt light.

Nice caravan on Nice site. Easy communication and access Lovely stay and with a few little fixes of things would be a great clean little caravan for stays 😊

Not looked after very well Dirty pan in cupboard No racks fit the oven so couldn't cook Curtain rail was just resting on the fitting so kept falling on the single beds when in use. Sofa bed broken. Hoover wouldn't pick up Just little jobs like noone had been to check on it for a while.
