Çok güzel dizayn edilmiştir. Salon çok aydınlık ve çok güzel güneş alıyor. Otopark ve market çok yakın. Şehir ile ilgili bilgilendirme mesajlari ve evdeki bilgi notları çok yararlı. Mutfak malzemeleri oldukça yeterli. Tam donanımlı bir daire. Havalimanı otobüslerinim son durağına çok yakın.
Bence dairede bir boy aynası olmasi lazim. Yatak odasinda pencere bulunmuyor. Ama daire genel olarak aydinlik. Bir de Kathedrale yürümek 15-20dk buluyor.
