Newly Renovated Property with Soundproofing Improvements in Central Seville.
This magnificent 4-bedroom, 235 m² house is located in a fully renovated historic building, preserving the traditional Sevillian style with high ceilings and wooden beams.
Upon entering, a hallway leads to stairs that take you to the first floor, where a living room distributes three of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has two single beds, a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a balcony overlooking Calle Gravina. The other two bedrooms also feature two single beds each and balconies overlooking Plaza Puerta Real, on the central Alfonso XII street.
On the second floor, a spacious and bright living area with dining and work zones connects to the fourth bedroom, also with two single beds, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The high wooden-beamed ceilings and two balconies provide abundant natural light. From the living room, you access a two-level terrace furnished to enjoy Seville’s climate, including a solarium on the upper level.
The house is located in the lively Plaza Puerta Real, part of the old walled city and the gateway to Seville’s historic center. Thanks to recent soundproofing upgrades, the property is quiet, surrounded by traditional bars and restaurants where you can enjoy tapas and Andalusian cuisine. It is also very close to shops and shopping centers.
All major Seville monuments are just minutes on foot, no transportation needed.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The hosts met us at the home and kindly showed us around and gave local recommendations. The property was also very well managed, with quick WhatsApp communication, an online home manual, including local recommendations and things to do.The home was clean, comfortable and very spacious. It as perfect for our family of 5, and could have accommodated several more, The location was fantastic, right in a lovely square (but not loud), and close to the bus station, river, and a short walk to other great parts of town.I would definitely stay here again!

The property was excellent and the service before and during the visit was exceptional. The Genteel Homes team were superb in answering any question. Location was ideal with cafes and bars nearby, and easy walking distance to the river.
