It's nice, clean and comfortable.
Easy to get grab and public transports.
Location is strategic near to Ampang Point.
Pool js nice.
Booking procedure can be made easier I hope. Quite a hassle with the steps. Why cant I just pay everything at a go?
I dont really fancy the change of lifts.
The security deposit of RM300 was high it took 2 week from the checkout date to get it back. There must be a better way.
Couldnt get any Netflix or HBO on the TV.

I love how the owner provides washer and dryer machine at the same stay! I can even wash and dry my clothes for a day. Love how they have individual lift to went to our level. Not gonna bumping into a lot people while sharing the same lift.
It just quite a walk to enter into the building while carrying luggage and children. And to actually get the lift to go up to our level is quite a challenge hahaha. We are not familiar with the lift register number so it confusing for us.

Spacious apartment, good interior design, clean, privacy, strategic location, overall is good
The building itself is confuse, elevator arrangement is difficult, need take some time to study on how to check in, how to go lobby, how to go pool, etc. Not so friendly guest, but for resident maybe okay
