Lundur Apartments

Great location for a Reykjavik stay! The apartment was well-furnished and had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable after our flight in. Easy access to nearby food options (including an incredible bakery!) and a reasonable distance from the city center.

The only thing that could be improved on is the comfort of the sofa and folding beds - they could have been a little more plush, but they'll get the job done.

Perfect location to explore the city. Nice appartment with great view.

There was very view cutlery and glasses and the TV did not work because the batteries in the remote controls were empty.

We arrived at the property around 2 a.m. I called the agency day before for the key instructions because I havent received anything. We arrived At 2 a.m. And the door lock didn’t work. After a few tries it locked for six minutes. We waited, wondering what to do if the lock wouldn’t open. So after six minutes we tried again. We looked in the room and saw someone there, noticed a jacket and other clothes, so we thought it might be another flat next door. The next door was also busy, and the key lock wasn’t working—same for the third flat. The fourth looked empty, so we hoped that was our actual room. In the end it worked on the last trial. That was the start of the Iceland experience. The property looked really good, we had a good sleep, had breakfast, and we left. That was the experience—judge it for yourself, the service of this company. I don't think the company even noticed because the next day no one called us. No one apologized, so they probably have no idea what happened.
