Cosy modern apartment in Kopavogur

Clean, comfortable, beds and bedding were very nice and comfortable. We slept great after long days exploring. I also loved that a coffee maker/coffee and hair dryer were provided.

I thought the door code that was provided in the email would allow us in to the apartment, but we needed to make arrangements to get in to the property. I don't know why there were instructions for a door code—that made it confusing, and after a long trip (and no wi-fi access) it made it challenging to contact the owner. However, after finding a cafe to connect to wifi and emailing the owner, the property owner was very responsive and immediately met us on-site at the apartment.

This was a warm and comfortable unit with all the amenities. It is less than 15 minutes for the center of Reykjavik. It is walking distance only minutes away from a scenic lake, food shopping, eateries, and an excellent restaurant called 27 Mathus & Bar. The unit is modern with lots of storage space. It is well stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies. The owner, Thrainn, is a warm and friendly person and extremely helpful. He was absolutely accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again.

Wish we were staying a bit longer

Appartamento molto confortevole, nuovo, pulito, in ottime condizioni. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello che avevamo chiesto, ed è provvisto di ottimi elettrodomestici lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, frigo e tutti gli accessori necessari per la cucina, e qualità dei servizi igienici. Il letto molto comodo. La posizione dell’appartamento ottima per visitare l’Islanda e in una bella zona molto tranquilla. I proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Speriamo di tornare presto. Grazie.
