Excellent location in the centre of Kalami, close to the sea, restaurants, shops, and all other amenities. Simple, authentic Greek property everything you need but no frills. Nice space for eating outside, comfortable beds and air conditioning was great. Our host, Varvara, was kind and helpful.
Nothing. Not for you if want luxury and all mod cons, but we loved it.

Very good location and nice host. Very clean. Great house with history.
I can’t say I didn’t like something. All was good. But having washing machine and dishwasher would make it even better. Anyway it was excellent stay.

The property was very clean on arrival which was very late at night. Milk in the fridge, coffee and sugar and a bottle of wine were all provided. Barbara the host was amazing, always available should any problems arise. She wouldn't even let us clean the property on our departure day. Great outdoor space with tables and chairs and sun loungers. Situated in the middle of Kalami, its right opposite Super Mario's shop which provides anything you need. 1 minutes walk to the beach. We will definitely be returning to Villa Matella 😀

the location was perfect only 1 minute to the beach nicely decorated with air conditioning opposite a store for fresh pastries and fruit
