If you are not good at manoeuvring your car through narrow spaces, it I may be a little daunting when entering the parki

Good location for walking into centre. Had everything we needed for our brief stay. Onsite parking meant that we could leave our car and explore on foot.

Good place from which to explore beautiful Rouen

The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. Unfortunately we had an accident with the bedding during our stay. Our fault and we apologise profusely. Our hosts were very understanding and charged us appropriately.

Would have liked a bigger lounge area as this was a bit cramped to comfortably seat 5 adults but the floorspace of the flat was made best use of.

The apartment on the first floor of period property with elevated views of neighbours gardens and appears to have been recently renovated. Very high specification bathrooms. All bedrooms are large and filled with sunlight. Having a secure car parking space at the back was important to us. The location was perfect.

It would have been nice to have a dining table to fit everyone.

Charming flat nicely located

We were there for a wedding located outside Rouen but could still enjoy a bit of the town due to the really good location of the flat. A private parking is also available on demand which was also really convenient for us. The flat has a lot of charm and flair and nicely furnished. Easy and really well organized check in/check out. Thanks to Maria for her availability and recommandations. To recommend.

Buen alojamiento a falta de resolver detalles

Edificio antiguo, cercano al centro y en zona tranquila, de fácil y cómodo acceso gracias a las instrucciones de la propiedad. Parking abierto dentro del edificio, bien aprovechado en las plazas. Amplio, con dos baños completos, 3 camas dobles cómodas en habitaciones con armarios y cajones. A pocos cientos de metros de la catedral y zona centro. Bien equipado, aunque faltaban detalles determinantes, sobre todo si se utiliza la capacidad, que tiene, para 6 personas.

Principal, no hay mesa de comedor, solo la mesa baja del salón, usando alguna silla de las habitaciones. No hay lavavajillas y se hace incómodo el lavar los platos al tener un escurreplatos pequeño para 4 servicios en el propio fregadero. Se echó en falta una bayeta para secar la encimera, no había bolsas de basura mas que la puesta. En fin, pequeños detalles, resolubles, pero que causan incomodidad. Por ello, la relación precio-calidad baja sensiblemente.
