Studio room in age restricted community (55 and older). Enjoy a cozy space with king size bed, sink, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, small panini griddle, table with chairs, television, local cable as well as tv apps, hi speed wifi, and full bathroom with large vanity. This unit also has the heated pool, hot tub, and sauna directly across the street and is right up the street from Coyote Grill on San Ignacio golf course.

The studio was good. Had all we needed for the time we were there. Would have preferred to meet with owner face to face to know who I was dealing with. But I would rent this again.

We didn’t expect how comfortable the bed would be, and how quiet the residence was! We stayed in the B side which was plenty of room for a couple nights stay. Cozy as advertised!
The only thing to note is the trash bins outside are only opened by a key which is not provided. So for a longer stay the key may need to be requested.
