About this house rental

Comfortable 1,000+ sq. ft townhouse on peaceful street with walking trails and magnificent views of Santa Ritas from inside and shaded backyard patio. Bird and butterfly friendly landscaping. Walking trail to new county park. Minutes away from GVR Rec Center and San Ignacio golf course. Master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom with queen bed and large closet. Newly painted throughout, and with carpet and tile upgrades. Two car carport. One person must be 55 or older. Discount for 2 month rental.

Beautiful mountain view, comfortably furnished and very clean, Larry and Jean are great hosts. They made sure I had everything I needed and were generous with information and suggestions about the area. I would recommend it highly to anyone, especially 55+ couples.
