About this house rental

This comfy, stylish townhome features 2 bedrooms with king size beds, and 2 baths with ample closet space. Home has a patios both front and back. Propane gas grill is provided. Home is fully furnished with stylish, up-to-date furnishings with a fully equipped kitchen.50" HDTV in living room as well as a smaller TV in bedroom. Home has Wi-Fi and cable high-speed internet. Home has washer & dryer. This home has all GVR recreation privileges. Walk to Desert Hills Recreation Center which has tennis courts and a very large pool. Within five minutes are the Performing Arts Center and Continental Shopping Center with grocery, restaurants and retail shopping.

Property was a townhouse located in a peaceful neighborhood of similar properties. Was neat, clean and well appointed furniture and accessories. Owners were friendly and provided helpful instructions. Enjoyed our stay.
