Majestic Sun 614b is a NON-SMOKING three bedroom, three bathroom beachfront condo in Seascape Resort. This unit has new owners and they have just replaced the living room furniture and mattresses. Take advantage of the resort's amenities while you're here. Or dine back inside, the dining area offers seating for six with three extra seats at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, private access to the beachfront balcony and a private master bathroom with a dual vanity and tub/shower combination. The property was close and convenient to most activities and shops in Destin. As far as check-in, the process was easy with the codes that were emailed to me. One inconvenience was there was 2 families so therefore we had 2 vehicles. Only one vehicle was given a parking pass. So I was required to drive to the condo association and purchase a parking pass for $10 for my stay. Upon arrival to the condo, in the room I was staying in, there was no roller in the toilet paper holder, no bar in the towel rack behind the toilet and there was light brown streaks coming down the wall as if there was condensation on the walls from steam of the shower. There is an exhaust fan but it does not seem to do a whole lot. There was a double and a single bed in the room my daughters and I slept in and the headboard on the double bed was completely coming apart. I emailed the appropriate people and was told they were aware of these issues. The bathroom drain is also on the slow side in this particular room. My friend's son said it felt like there was sand in his bed the first night we slept there. There was dried food on some of the kitchen utensils and every single cupboard in the kitchen needed tightened. Overall the condo could definitely use some sprucing up, a deep cleaning and some general maintenance.
