The close proximity to the beach makes this two-story home the perfect getaway for any season (beach access approx 1230 yards). Step through the front door and be greeted with natural light in the open concept living room and kitchen. Fall in love with the wood floors throughout the home as well as the stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. On the first floor, you'll find a King Bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in shower. This bedroom is perfect for those who don't like climbing stairs! Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar white beaches.
*Max 4 vehicles allowed: 2 in the driveway, 2 in the garage. To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RV’s, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway or in the garage. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Vehicle owners will be responsible for towing fees and HOA fines associated with exceeding the maximum number of vehicles allotted or defiance of policies.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. For the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

There was some minor updates that needed to be done, towel rack came off wall, toilet paper holder loose, facet knobs in bathroom loose, etc. one bedroom didn’t have a dresser upstairs… the most confusing and annoying part was trying to figure out where our beach access was. We called and were told by whales tail or pompano joes both of which are a long walk, more then a half a mile. It was a good place to stay but only gets 4 stars from me.

The house is beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and gorgeous. We rented a golf cart and the beach was easily accessible.
There were a couple of issues that we had like the couch did not recline and my father, who recently had knee replacement struggled all week. When we finally reached the management company, they brought over a small plastic stool from Dollar General that was too tall for the couch so we were not able to use it at all.
We were stocked super low on paper towels, toilet paper, and trashbags. We actually had to go purchase our own.
