For the most part, we loved the place and location and would stay again!! Had some unfortunate circumstances that made our trip rough, however I am confident it would have been amazing had those problems not occurred.
Our ac unit was broken from the time we arrived (Sunday) til Thursday. Keep in mind me left Saturday morning so we only had ac for less than 2 days. Although it was eventually fixed and we were reimbursed $150 (in booking.com credit), I do think the situation could have been handled more efficiently. For the most part the place was clean but we did find a cockroach on the counter one night (although there is a possibility of it being a palmetto bug and it could’ve crawled in while we were going in and out of the condo).
