It was ok but it’s overpriced starting from April.

+ 1. Location. It’s 1 min from the metro, supermarket and cafes. 2. Internet was good. 3. There was a lot for laundry, dishwasher, also soap and shampoo. 4. Nice building. They have a gym and a playground inside. 5. Nice view from the rooftop - 1. I’ve asked for another pair of keys, no one replied. The staff is not very responsive. 2. The apartment itself is very dark and small, the bed is also small and not very good. 3. The security guy (at the reception) was rude. 4. The stove in the kitchen didn’t work, but there was another one in the drawer. But they should fix the big one.

Convenient location close to university - communication with owner less than ideal

- in convenient walking distance to the faculties of the university - modern building - bus station in front of the door - secure area - supermarket just close to the entrance - splendid view from top garden - fast internet - large TV

- getting access was a surprise: message was to look for a key box, with a code for the key box being provided. On arrival, I was approached by a friendly elderly gentleman, who let me in and handed over the key, after trying to explain everything to me in Spanish - which I do not speak or understand. - Soon after: lights in living room not working, when trying to check the bulb, the entire lamp came down: current lines were not connected, anchor not fitted...., AC not working in living room, stuck on 24,5 in bedroom - mails, SMS or calls to the owner company were not answered - Located on the high second floor of a high rise building, the apartment is facing towards the inner yard. Just below the windows is the public childrens' playground. Be prepared for screams of fun on high volume between 5-9 pm

Apartamento bien situado

La ubicación es muy buena, con metro en la puerta . La zona tiene bares y restaurantes , supermercado y comercios . La piscina muy bonita.

Creo que faltan unas cortinas para el salón y el dormitorio . El piso no tiene mucha luz ( es un bloque de 14 pisos y es el segundo ) y sin cortinas además tienes que bajar la persianas. Es lo único que no me gustó .

God størrelse, anlegget var fint. Badebassengene var fine. Rent utenfor, fin lekeplass for barna.

Det var en dårlig lukt fra badet de første dagene, mulig fra sluken, det var mugg eller sopp i taket over dusjen. Det burde vært litt andre ting i leiligheten. Det var bare en skarp kniv, men håndtaket var knekt. Var ikke tørkerull eller mer enn en klut. Burde vært en støvsuger der. Ikke lett å holde det rent med bare en kost å ett feiebrett. Fikk ett lite såpestykke til å vaske hendene, burde vært vanlig såpe med pumpe. Fikk en oppvaskmaskintablett. Det var lengre borte fra byen enn vi trodde. Men annlegget var fint.
