Festive and amazing!

The hosts were exceptional! Communication was easy! We were there for the Christmas Market. The location was perfect! The hosts had thought of EVERYTHING to put in the room, including some "bubbly" and some cute presents for us to unwrap! It could not have been more perfect!!

Nice comfortable rooms but be aware of the 'quirks' of the double-deluxe room!

The 'double-deluxe' unit was very spacious and had a very modern large bathroom. Good value for money for 2 rooms. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

We were in the double-deluxe room at the top of the house, up a couple of steep staircases. It has a double and a twin room separated by a small landing. What is not clear from the description on the website is that the bathroom is off the twin room, so you need to enter the twin room to get to the bathroom. This is not convenient during the night. Although the bathroom is v modern, the bathroom door is a plastic concertina-type door, so perhaps not as private as some might like. There is not a separate lockable door to this 2-bedroom unit. You need to lock the door to each room separately, using a key from the inside, but we were given only one key and it did not feel safe to lock my nephew into his room overnight from the outside before using the key to lock my own door from the inside. By the time we realised this issue it was too late to ask for another key, but it seems strange not to automatically provide the means of making both the rooms secure overnight.

It’s completely renewed, and very beautiful! Beds are very comfortable! Modern accommodation, air conditioned, smart TV! Very kind service and great breakfast! We will definitely return if we go to that region!

Great place with superb hosts

Really nice hosts, very nice rooms. They waited us with rose and refreshment and when we left they baked cookies for us. Any questions we had they were really helpful. Very close to city center, great hiking opportunities around.

Nice comfortable stay and great location

The hosts are very kind; the location is really close to the center and both the velvet cave and the castle ruins; you get a nice welcome basket with wine and snacks, plus multiple free drinks inside the minibar; the bathroom is huge and well illuminated; the TV comes with multiple channels and applications like Netflix and YouTube, and the internet is pretty decent most of the time (there was a moment when YouTube wouldn't load the videos, but it was brief).

Not much of a problem, but since the two rooms in the last floor are not directly connected, it's a little annoying having to cross the small space that connects to the stairs each time you have to use the bathroom. Also not that important, but having normal doorknobs instead of the big key ones for the bedrooms could make it easier/more practical to handle them.

Amazing room with a comfortable bed, jacuzzi tub, and a beautiful view of the castle ruins. The owners were very friendly and hospitable, which made our stay even more enjoyable :) Definitely recommended!!

Het super vriendelijk ontvangst zo hartelijk en zelfs onder de kerstboom op de super grote en nette kamer lagen voor ons kadootjes. Het ontbijt was super lekker en veel gebracht op de kamer en zo lief. Ook heel lief dat Marco,of Evelien mijn man helemaal naar de super verweg gelegen parkeerplaats in de avond heeft gebracht zodat we verderop in de straat in de parkeergarage konden parkeren dat is wel heel fijn als je nog met loopkrukken moet lopen.

- Goede ligging kortbij de kerstgrotten waarvoor we gekomen waren - Zeer hartelijk ontvangst en rongang van de kamer met duidelijke uitleg over de faciliteiten en contact in geval van nood 24/24 - Luxueuze, zeer ruime en propere kamer - Ontzettelijke aangename attentie van de 'Kerstman' ;)

Séjour parfait a refaire

Situation du logement à deux pas des grottes mais également du centre ville et des restaurants. l'accueil des propriétaires était vraiment au top, boisson ainsi que café, mis à disposition sans frais supplémentaire et petit plus ... cadeaux qui nous on vraiment fait plaisir.

Dommage pour le petit déjeuner nous avons mal compris que nous devions le commander 1 jour avant notre séjour. C'est notre seul regret.

Ontzettend sympathieke hoteleigenaren. De kamer was prachtig, met een hoop extraatjes als een kerstcadeautje en gratis mini-bar artikelen. Heel schoon- heel mooi- niets aan op te merken.

Ontbijt was gepersonaliseerd, veel aandacht aan besteed. Erg lekker. Hele aardige gastheer en gastvrouw. Verrassingen op de kamer. Kamer al in kerstsfeer. Kamer was groot en gezellig ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij sliepen in de achterkamer ( hele comfortable Swiss sens bedden) heerlijk rustig, muisstil. Weg van de drukte

Perfecte plek voor je kerst ervaring

Het was onwijs knus! De kerst details waren oprecht fantastisch en gaven net even dat speciale gevoel! Oprecht een aanrader om naar toe te gaan. Je word met liefde verwelkomt en behandeld.

Op booking staat parkeer gelegenheid alleen is het betaald parkeren en in de periode van de kerst staat alles vol dus is het zoeken naar een plek. Maar dat is de fout van booking.com

✨ Magisch kerstverblijf bij Logement Viphouse Valkenburg Vanaf het moment dat we binnenstapten, voelde het alsof we een betoverende kerstreis waren begonnen. We werden warm ontvangen door lieve, betrokken mensen die ons direct tips en adviezen gaven om ons verblijf in het magische Valkenburg nóg bijzonderder te maken. We verbleven in de familiekamer en voelden ons meteen welkom: alles was spik en span, er stond een heerlijk flesje wijn klaar én als kers op de taart… een prachtig versierde kerstboom mét cadeautjes eronder. De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien, met een luxe badkamer inclusief regen-inloopdouche en een bubbelbad to die for. Na het bewonderen van de betoverende kerstparade keerden we terug naar een warme kamer met heerlijke, comfortabele bedden—precies wat je nodig hebt na een avond in de winterse kou. De volgende ochtend werden we verrast door Marco met een uitgebreid, groots en verrukkelijk ontbijt waar écht aan alles was gedacht. Een feestelijk begin van de dag, perfect in het thema van ons magische verblijf. Kortom: een uitmuntend, sprookjesachtig verblijf in warme kerstsferen. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die de magie van Valkenburg ten volste wil beleven. 🎄✨

Fantastisch!!!

Ontbijt was elke ochtend een feestje, heerlijk en een goed begin van onze dag. Super vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Aan alles is gedacht, behulpzaam en meedenkend. Al met al is Logement VIP house echt een plek waar je je als gast een Very Important Person ;) voelt!!!

Wij hebben helemaal niks wat tegen viel.

Heerlijk verblijf in luxe kamer!

Ontzettend heerlijk verblijf gehad hier! Mooie luxe en schone kamer met een fijn groot bed en luxe badkamer, heel dicht bij het centrum en de grotten. (de trein rit in de gemeentegrot is absoluut de moeite waard om een keer gedaan te hebben). De eigenaren zijn erg gastvrij en wij werden dus ook leuk en fijn ontvangen. Ze geven handige tips wat altijd prettig is. Omdat het net een klein stukje buiten de binnenstad ligt is het er ook lekker rustig. Toch ben je met 5 min lopen in het centrum. Ook de gratis drankjes en snacks op de kamer bij binnenkomst waren een fijne verassing en erg attent. Je kan merken dat de eigenaren hospitality goed snappen. We komen absoluut nog een keer terug!

De kamers waren erg mooi; de bedden zeer goed. De badkamers waren erg luxe met lekkere zeepjes van rituals. Het ontbijt werd geserveerd in de tuin die bij onze kamer hoorde en was erg lekker. De verhuurders zijn ook erg aardig!

Uitstekende ligging, mooi ruim appartement met airco, super vriendelijke hosts. Gratis water en frisdrank in de minibar en versnaperingen. We komen zeker terug ! Een aanrader als je Valkenburg en omgeving wil verkennen.
