About this house rental
3 bedroom, 2 bath house with walk in shower. King bed in master with private walk in shower. King bedroom with Jack and Jill bath, shared with twin bedroom. Fenced yard for your dog. Great location, your kids will enjoy children's park at end of block. King bed, king bed, 2 twins and daybed. Laundry room, WIFI, TV, corn hole, horseshoes, bogie boards. $150.00 non-refundable pet fee limit 2 small dogs no dogs over 30 lbs. without permission, must be on flea protection. WIFI provided. Extra charge for over 6 six guests, limit 8 guests per fire Marshall. All guests must be listed on rental agreement or will be evicted. No Pitt Bulls. Please provide email address at time of booking. Copy of ID required.

The house provides lots of space and comfortable beds for a beach stay. Bathrooms were a little tight but manageable. Backyard fence area was smaller than what I had imagined. Everything you need is provided. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Nice property. Had a completely fenced yard which was great for our dogs. Very Long walk to beach. The owner controlled the A/C which is normal but one in our party is in menopause so a little warm for her. Owner did respond to our concerns regarding internet and ants in backyard. All in all a good place to stay
