If you aren't able to stay with us for ANY reason, just submit a cancellation request through Vrbo no later than FOUR weeks before your stay begins. We'll make an exception and refund your hold deposit. You'll need to check with Vrbo on whether or not they will refund their service fee.
If you make the balance payment and need to cancel ANYTIME before your stay begins, the full amount paid can be applied to a future stay beginning within one year of the original arrival date
Single family, custom home built in 2005. Very well and carefully maintained so it feels "like new."
Spacious master bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has an extra large bunk bed.
3 full baths, including master bath with double sink. Open floor plan kitchen, dining and family areas. Plenty of parking on a private lot. Well-maintained furniture. All new appliances including flat top range. Over 2,100 square feet!
Central air/heat. Televisions w/ cable TV in family room and master bedroom. Many extras/upgrades including recessed lighting, full sized washer/dryer, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, walk in closets in all bedrooms, many windows.
High-speed internet with wi-fi access point!
Myrtle Beach has been called the "Golf Capital of the World" because of the roughly 100 golf courses located here!
.5 miles/2 minute drive/10 minute walk to the Garden City pier!

Joel was an excellent host with a great demeanor and communication style - very easy to work with. The house is spacious, reasonably clean, and located perfectly, tucked away, yet, close to everything. The only thing(s) I would suggest improving upon would be replacing the stained carpeting in two of the upstairs bedrooms and updating some of the worn our furnishings (e.g., couch in the family room, master bed). Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

Host was wonderful to work with! Location was the best (easy acces, near Sara Js, wonderful view of the marsh). Sitting on the deck and watching the marsh wildlife (e.g., birds) was very relaxing and entertaining.
