Top-of-the-range villa in a very quiet and sought-after area in the heart of the Ile de Re known as La Cible.
The villa is on one level, very bright:
- A kitchen open to the living/dining room.
Kitchen equipped with Miele dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, Phillips coffee machine (capsule and filter), oven/microwave, mixer, toastie machine...
The sofa can be converted into a double bed.

- A separate bedroom with a 160 cm bed.
- A bathroom with shower.
- A separate toilet.
- A garden area with deckchairs (sunbathing), parasol, table and chairs. Barbecue.

- 1 minute walk from the beach of Saint Martin (sand all the time, restaurant La Cible, sailing club, petanque court, basketball, football , Beach volleyball).
- 3 min by bike from the center of Saint Martin crossing the citadel of Vauban
- 1 min walk from the coastal path which runs along the oyster farmers and their seafood tastings to the Fleet.
- 500m from the craft area with all types of shops (Bakery, Intermarche/ Leclerc/ Lidle/ Biocoop/ Picard/ Pharmacy/ Decathlon/ Clothing)
- 1 minute from the cycle paths by bike which take you to the Fleet in 10 minutes, 20 minutes to the wood beaches etc

The gite is in a fabulous location 4 mins walk from the beachHowever I would not recommend this property as the shower blocked every time it was used and the sink in the bathroom was disgusting! ..rusty, with the surface peeling,and no plug!.The kitchen sink was painted and looked very unhygienic...again no plug!The place smelt damp and it needs some TLC to bring it up to scratch.
