Very nice T1 bis mezzanine apartment of 37m ² with heated semi indoor pool. It is fully equipped and can accommodate 4 people. It is south-east facing and has a balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The residence (P & V) is located in the heart of the village of Saint Martin, 5 minutes walk from the center, its port and its lively docks.
In a private park, enjoying a privileged location, the residence is the former home of the governors of the island.
There is a sauna, a hamam, a wellness center (extra charge), a fully equipped gym, a playroom for children and a semi-covered swimming pool. , heated from February to November.
