What a great place to stay whilst in East Devon/Sidmouth! A Lovely clean and homely property, and in such a perfect location for a walk into Sidmouth and the sea front via The Byes - straight out of the back gate, and follow the footpath beside the River Sid, which is very picturesque and peaceful! The property is located in a quiet area of Sidmouth, which was most welcome (we live in North London which is constantly noisy!), but still has easy access to Sidmouth itself and also along the coast to Exmouth, Lyme Regis, Seaton, Charmouth etc. There is a Co-op and Tesco nearby, as well as a Lidl, let alone the numerous places to eat in the centre of town. The property is also perfect for dog owners, with a large garden and beautiful walks on your doorstep. All-in-all, a perfect place to stay and unwind whilst exploring East Devon! We would definitely stay here again, and would very much recommend it to anyone looking for an ideal retreat away from home.

The property was well equipped, but a broom would be a welcome addition just to help keep the place tidy during your stay. Other than this small point....it was perfect!

Welcoming spacious entrance hall , Quiet location, backing onto park. Well equipped. Parking space. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen, bathroom and toilet

Difficult to open the key box. Sitting room rather bland not cosy. Standard lamp didn’t work. Mirror in bathroom too high. An extractor fan in bathroom, kitchen and toilet would be a good addition.

Spacious and clean. Good location.

Difficulty in entering the property. Key was not in the keysafe. 1.5 hours waiting for an answer. Eventually cleaner told us where the spare was.
