Flat 1 Harley House is a ground-floor apartment accessed via a private entrance with a short flight of steps leading up from the High Street. The accommodation opens into an entrance hall leading to an open-plan living space with underfloor heating, comprising a sitting area with Smart TV, a dining area with seating for four, and a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A ground-floor cloakroom and a separate utility area with a washing machine are also provided. There are two bedrooms consisting of a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom with 2’6” zip/link beds, which can be made into a king-size on request. The bathroom features a bath with shower over, basin, WC, and heated towel rail. Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard with patio and seating, along with a small garden area to the front of the property. Permit parking is available nearby. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Sidmouth boasts one of the few public access observatories, the Norman Lockyer Observatory, complete with planetarium. There are a variety of attractions around Sidmouth including Pecorama with award-winning miniature railway and gardens, the Seaton tramway and the Otter Estuary Nature Reserve.
