Charming townhouse, ideally located in the heart of downtown Sully.
Exceptional because of its location between the Town Hall, the church and the castle, you will have very easy access on foot to all the shops, the cinema, the restaurants, etc.
Renovated in 2021, this 100 m2 house benefits from free WiFi, with the Fiber connection, perfect for keeping in touch or working from "your Sullyl house".
On the first floor: living room with LED TV, dining room leading to the fully equipped open kitchen and WC.
On the 1st floor: two bedrooms (Queen bed & Double bed) and a very spacious bathroom.
Outside: an enclosed garden overlooking a private alley where lovers of the "Loire à Vélo" can store their bikes.
Heating, sheets and towels included, beds made on arrival!
In order to guarantee the best quality of accommodation, we ask our guests to take the utmost care of our family home.
Evenings are forbidden out of respect for the neighborhood.
At the gateway to the Sologne, the Gatinais and the Loire Valley, many activities at your fingertips: Loire Valley castles, cruises on the Briare Canal, Sully Golf Club, Equestrian Center, fishing and hunting, walks in the forest or along the royal river for wine discoveries among others.

Property is in an excellent location, and ideal for accessing vineyards, wineries, and the other attractions this part of France has to offer. There are some splendid restaurants and bars within walking distance - in particular the Petit Oignon.It's comfortable and well-appointed, with all you could need for an enjoyable stay.

Well-organized and well-supplied apartment. Unlucky with some noisy neighbours talking in the garden until deep at night, but that is life in the venter of any village.

La maison est une maison de ville qui donne d'un côté sur une placette où on peut garer sa voiture et de l'autre à l'arrière des commerces. La maison est ancienne mais entièrement relookée. Peintures neuves, sols neufs, cuisine équipée totalement neuve, lits neufs, déco soignée : mélange de meubles anciens et modernes. La propriétaire est charmante et très réactive: contacts uniquement sur la plateforme.
Il n'y avait pas de table de jardin car le jardinet est trop petit. Mais qu'à cela ne tienne j'ai demandé à la propriétaire et quelqu'un sur place a installé un petit et très joli salon de jardin bleu pour deux devant la porte de cuisine dans la partie arrière de la maison. Un grand merci.
