About this cottage rental
Detached house near the town center of Sully-sur-Loire. The kitchen and living room open onto a terrace, ideal for dining al fresco in the summer. The house comprises, on the ground floor: a separate kitchen, a living/dining room, a separate toilet, and bedroom 1 with a 140x190 cm bed and an en-suite shower room.
Upstairs, you will find 4 additional bedrooms (each with a 140x190 cm bed), a separate shower room (shower, sink), and a separate bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet). Four of the five bedrooms are equipped with a television.
[i] Heating included, sheets provided (beds made upon arrival for your comfort), towels, and tea towels provided. Additional charge: End-of-stay cleaning (Mandatory cleaning fee for business stays: €100 OR €50 every 15 days for long-term contracts)
[P] 1 space in the driveway for a small vehicle. You can easily park on the street for free. (If needed, a secure garage for your vehicles is available 300m from the house upon request from the owners.) This accommodation is NOT accessible to people with reduced mobility.
