This pretty terraced house located in St Père-sur-Loire can accommodate up to 6 people (2 double beds + 1 sofa bed). The house directly overlooks the Loire River and faces the bridge and the Château de Sully-sur-Loire.
A terrace with a view of the Loire and a small lawn (80m²). On the ground floor, you will find a large living/dining room and a separate, fully equipped kitchen, with a separate toilet.
UPPER FLOOR: a large landing (with the option of a 140x190 sofa bed on request); a sleeping area (without access to the outside) with a 140x190 bed; then a bedroom with a 140x190 bed. A separate shower room and a separate toilet.
Outside, you will find a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
End-of-stay cleaning included (excluding dishes and trash, which are the tenant's responsibility). Nearby information: Sully-sur-Loire road bridge near the cottage. Accommodation NOT accessible to people with reduced mobility.
