Posizione ok, camera ok, staff ok. Dovessimo tornare a Marrakesh potremmo valutare di soggiornare nuovamente qua.

un très bel accueil je remercie Yousef pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Aussi, la chambre est propre, petit déjeuner copieux, un riad calme et bien situé à 10mn de la place. J'ai passé un agréable séjour merci

Great support of the staff. Extremely friendly and supportive in each single step of our stay when they accomplished all our requests (including the last minute request of printing our boarding cards, or organization of taxis and transfers at any time)

The 3 rooms we had booked were not clean. We don't know if it was because the cleaning lady was sick (like we were told the first day) but the level of hygiene in our rooms was really bad. Despite having required a daily cleaning (that btw was stated in the service granted), towels were folded without being changed and the floor never washed (hair has remained on the floor for the entire stay). One of the room was not even cleaned before our arrival... This is a real pity. Also the breakfast (overall good) could be a bit more diversified.
