About this house rental
To rent during the summer period (July/August/September) this small traditional Landes house. It is located in the center of Capbreton and close to absolutely all amenities: bakery, supermarkets and various shops are within a radius of only a hundred meters.
It has just been completely renovated and is ideally nestled in the middle of a quiet street 5 minutes from the beaches by bike (2 bikes are provided with the rental).
With a surface area of 30 m², it has all the necessary comfort with a small bedroom equipped with a double bed and dressing room, a convertible 2-seater bench in the living room as well as a mezzanine under the roof with bed base/mattress for 2 people.
The kitchen is functional with induction hob, oven and refrigerator. Television and wifi are of course available. Parking is on the street, right in front.
Come and enjoy the sunny days and the charm of the region in this atypical cottage in the heart of the Landes village. The pedestrian street is very close by with its weekly markets and entertainment. The Basque country is only a few kilometres away, Spain 30 minutes away. Its configuration and location make it an ideal base for a small family or a couple.
Nocturnal overflows as well as our animal friends are not allowed. No adjoining garden, no smoking.
